These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
9. Usage of software and termination
Users may upload only media they originally own and may not distribute accounts to other persons. This service may not be used as backup purposes and each account must be actively used. You may use this software on 5 devices at any given time. Any attempt to hotlink any media uploaded to Media Leap is not allowed. Media Leap may also display ads to users and user may not attempt to block the ads.
Violation of any of the above will lead to your account being suspended and/or terminated with or without notice.
10. Copyright Policy
Your should only upload files and share accounts if the content of your account has files that you have the legal right to share with others (for example music, videos, photos, documents, ebooks, popcasts that you have created or own legal rights to). Purchasing or legally acquiring video, music, ebooks, or software does not give you the right to share that material with third parties over the Internet but you have the right to store it and stream it for personally listening, watching, reading and viewing. Media Leap has adopted a policy of terminating the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or whose accounts are subject to multiple infringement allegations. If you repeatedly share files that infringe others’ copyrights, your account will be terminated.
11. Payments
Media Leap offers both free and paid plans. For paid plans you agree to make payments each month and agree for Media Leap to automatically charge you for monthly renewals. You can cancel your subscription anytime. Payment failure will results in account being suspended or terminated. It is the users responsibility to make sure payment method is up to date.
12. DMCA Policy
Company shall respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us. If you believe that your content has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:
• a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
